A key filming location for “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” is now simply called The Gas Station. It has four cabins and BBQ on site. Need we say more? Here are five awesome things about this new horror destination.
1. Did You Say BBQ?
We did, and feel the need to inform you they’ll be serving up tried and true Texas BBQ via the on ground take out restaurant. This alone is enough for some to make a trip out of it.
2. Movie Memorabilia
The chain saw from the 2013 redux and more are on display, as well as lots of exclusive horror movie merch.
3. Sleep Tight, Hopefully Wake Up.
You can stay the night and really take in the location. Several cabins are available, all with 46-inch tvs and a killer selection of horror flicks to help you sleep tight.

The Gas Station is shaping up to be a “killer” place to swing by and feast on some BBQ and maybe stay the night if you’re up for it! Any diehard fan of the movie, especially bbq lovers, will surely enjoy the experience.
